Could've Been Better

Just got back from a 3-night stay. The folks working there are super friendly, but the breakfast was kinda lame—same eggs and sausage every day. Oh, and the family above us was loud enough that we had to call the front desk. Nice picnic area outside, but that noise really took away from things.

I had a comfortable stay with a solid breakfast featuring fresh fruit and warm sausage, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after my day. The only hiccup was that I requested a top floor room but ended up on a lower level, which led to some noise issues in the morning. Overall, great place to recharge!

The staff were accommodating; the room was dark and outdated.

Great location and clean room! Loved the pool area with wildlife sightings. Bonus points for the fab shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

It was a good match for a fleeting moment in Carlsbad with decent value for money. The breakfast buffet had a surprisingly good variety, and it was nice that they made sure everything was clean. Make sure to check out the free breakfast options early as it gets busy later.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the hot breakfast, although it was the same each day. One staff member helped me a lot when I had car trouble; he lent me his jumper cables. This kindness made my stay easier as a family with children.

The noise from the room above was disruptive during my stay. The pool chairs were damaged and not addressed until I reported it, which was disappointing.
